We take all complaints very seriously. In the unlikely event that you find any reason to complain about our goods or services, we will aim to deal with matters quickly, fairly and in confidence. We will acknowledge complaints within 7 working days and provide you with a reasonable timescale for resolving the issue.

Payment terms
Full payment is required in advance of shipping. Payment may be made by debit, credit or charge card. Your credit card payment is authorized and processed at the point you purchase an order from us.
We will also accept cheques but goods will only be dispatched after your cheque clears.

If you would like to be notified of any special promotions, sales, the arrival of new stock etc, please register as a member. Prices of products are subject to change without notice. The amount payable by you is that advertised on our website at the time of purchase.

Availability
All products are subject to availability, while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without incurring any liability.
Should any product you order be out of stock or otherwise unavailable, we will inform you by email, suggesting an alternative product or allowing you to cancel your order. If you do not contact us, we will dispatch your product when back in stock.
